Is it possible to get a Chief Designer who's weak attribute isn't one of the top four items (downforce, acceleration, braking and handling)

Hello,
Yes, you can get CD's that have Strengths/weaknesses of any of the 8 attributes.  If you struggle to find a CD fitting your required criteria, you can change the CD's strengths and weaknesses in thir edit screen.

It can be 100 tokens for certain strength / weakness combinations. On the positive side, it is fewer tokens than you're likely to spend if you get engaged in a bidding war for a top CD.
