if i delete my account what happens to the competition i host.  
no one wants to be the host

You could be more precise.
By elimination you mean deletion of the account or leaving the league?
If you mean deleting your account, the league will show that the host is inactive.

When i delete my account. 
So than the league will see “inactive league host” and they must wait 20 races before a new host can take over?

Yeah, that's right.
Any active participant in your league by 20 or more races can take the host position.
