Most rookies choose their first league via "join league" dialogue, but what's the algorithm behind suggesting leagues to new players? We had many rookies joining 2 seasons before, but now it's dead and even some active players had to leave the league because of that. Elite is doing well though. So, is there an efficient way to recruit rookies again?
