Perhaps it has been talked before. I just want to know. At most races ranging from rookie to elite i find out the top speed of the car is at 324 kp/h even on DRS. Do drivers even use the 8th gear? And if the car dp is maxed out (@200 dp), is the car able to reach higher top speeds?

217.48 mph is always the max speed in elite especially and i think it makes the top speed function in race reviews a bit pointless as (except for monaco) its always 217.48mph In my opinion this should change.

A.k.a 350 kp/h... why i still see 324 kp/h? I haven't seen even elite class drivers shift into 8th gear and accelerate that high.
