Training, Spying not updating after each race????????????

What gives, within the last week my drivers are not allowed to train after the race has completed nor am I getting an opportunity for the spying to be impmented nor the results seen.

There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it. Are you able to see that the drivers could be trained now? Also there is a design from Lego, which could be cloned.

Training and design in the all the races since I've joined been availalbe for update within a short time of the compeletion of the race.  It was not available a day after the race when the non cloned designs where updated.
