Can my AI race with no internet

Will the AI use the strategy I have planned if I dont have internet connection at the time of racing and will I be able to race? Can I connect to the race later on if my connection is on and working?

Yes, you're not required to be present for the race. Any strategy you have saved the AI will adhere to. Just keep in mind the advanced strategy should be adjusted if you suspect you can't make it to the race to manage it in real-time.
