Hi been after promotion now for a while in league I in as I win it in pro every season I asked the person who’s runs it but he not sure why I not getting promotion

Hi been after promotion now for a while in league I in as I win it in pro every season I asked the person who’s runs it but he not sure why I not getting promotion 



Samandar is correct you need 16 players minimum for 1 car league for promotion to be active. Work around is join another league which has more than 16 teams get promotion by being top 2 end of season get promoted to elite then join your league again! Manual promotion by devs have been turned off which leaves no other way.
