Design tab problem

Hi,

season ended a weak ago
we also had last race restart
in design tab in new season i have
3-4% for current season and 1% for next season.
this season car was developed more than 3-4% )
my slider is set to develop next season car, but after 4 development days, next season performance stuck at 1%

it was at 100% few races before end of the season.

How do you actually improve your next season design? Mines only at 6.

mine were at 1 after more than 4 design days.
I can also confirm than todays design improved performance as should, now it is more one 1% on two components

assign designers to componenets and design slider at full right
