Driver not gaining experience?

I've been noticing that my driver's blue xp bar isn't going up for the last 4 races or so. Could someone check this please? Normally it goes up after I have trained but now it seems to be stuck at the beginning of lvl 9.

What are you training him in? If you're training physical the bar doesn't move much at all.

In physical ;) K,I'll train  something else nexr time around. I thought it would increase no matter what I trained. Thx for the answer

Hint: I'd recommend not worrying about the driver level and worrying about physical first.
