Default push level w/ tire W-I

Hi,
I've trying to run a public lobby, but I cant find a race which it's rainning.
Please, which would be a better default push level for tires W and I, once it is 15 degrees celsius?

Depends on water level. 0.1-3.3 inters can work better, 3.1-5 wets are better. If it is hot, inters can be the better pick for longer as they can push harder when wets would overheat and lose pace.

If I use inters, which push is better to keep the temperature good? Neutral or high?
if it would wets, is it better to choose the pressure low or very low?

For inters: whatever keeps the temp at the top of the black. Same for wets, and dry tyres ?

Im going to use it as "default push".
As I am not able to find a rainning race in the public lobby, I am not sure which push level to use
 

Inters:
0.1-0.7mm PL1
0.8-1.2 PL2
1.3-2.3 PL3
2.4-2.8 PL4
2.8-3.2 PL5

Wets:
3.3-3.7 PL1
3.8-4.1 PL2

It also varies with track temperature, so it might change a little bit.
But if you enter on a public lobby you would have to connect to the race in order to set the PL as there isn't an advanced option for it, losing the auto-KERS. GL!
