Bought on the wrong account

Hi i bought a investment pack but stupid of me i bought it on the wrong account, is there i way you can transfer that packet to the account that i wanted it on

yes, im not sure either, I just want to know if there is a chance, cos i mean i haven't spend anything from that investment pack and also i can give the account details, if they need authentication 

Could you giveme more details about the account where the package you purchased should go?

Moreover, this will be the only time we are able to make an exception, since the investment package you bought does not always appear for every account at the same time. The other account where you want to transfer the purchase probably didn't show that investment package.

Is there a way i can send you the details of the account i bought it on and then the details of thee account i want it on( this one ), not sure if this forum page is private or public
