Qualfing help and advice

Any tips of how to get better at qualfing, leagues very competitive but always do bad in qualifying meaning I am so far behind right from the start. Is this somthing I never be able to improve on? 

It’s probably down to your design, are you focusing on the big 4? How do you approach research? Do you tailor your design to that particular circuit?

I always have the next couple of races in mind when I approach my R&D, using my experience & knowledge of each circuit to make the right choices, maybe this approach will improve things for you.

I do focus on the big 4 but always use my pionts around what the track wants.
