Hello ladies and gents.
I'm writing here as I'm a little confused and can't find any detailed information.
I've read on forum that you're able to buy a driver for 3 tokens as long as he figures on your short list. I get the idea that you may pick him up in the process of getting onto the transfer list (am I right?), but how does it work exactly?
When I try to sell the driver, he is immediately put onto TL. Then, a person who's interested in buying him, can get him either by bidding (1 token) or quick buy (9 tokens).
Should I wait until his contract expires and then this specific driver would be available in the database -> available to get for 3t, just before he lands on TL?
I'm a simple man who's looking for a simple answer. Can anyone explain me how does it in the detail? :)

I assume you're talking about transferring drivers between teams.
First off, the driver doesn't have to be short listed by either buyer or seller but it makes it easier for the buyer to to quickly load him/her.
The simple answer is... For the selling account use the "Sell Now" option, DON'T use the "Auction" button because if you do the driver will immediately be put on the market and it will cost the buyer 9 tokens.
Just be careful that the buyer account is a high enough level to purchase the driver. I have fallen foul of that mistake so many times. Sell the driver with one account and then realise the account I wanted to transfer him/her to was a lower level... DOH!
