Driver left for no reason?

So, with about 20 races still on his contract, one of my drivers just left the team spontaneously? What shall I do?

Matt looking at his stats you should leave it and carry on. Try to get a driver with a high talent stat. On skills view when hiring a driver click talent until it shows highest to lowest then go from there.
