Staff wages

So In one race I have paid my staff 22 million in just wages!?!? I cant work out how though. can anyone shed some light?

On the team->Staff page it shows how much you are paying them each race.

22 mill though? must be some mistake when you hired one of them!

uuuhhh it seams I cant?!? all i can say is that I have spet a total of 24Million now on staff wages.

When you get into your financial page also look at the detailed accounts page - it will tell you how much you are paying each staff member.  You must have made a mistake when hiring someone so that page will identify who.  I am assuming the 24million is for the whole season so might not be as bad as it looks if you are at the end of the season.  My season is half way through and I have spent 12million so it would be about that amount at the end of my season.

You are only two races in, and where it says "Staff Wages" is accounting for the drivers you just recently signed. You probably spent somewhere around 7-9million on signing fees for your drivers, and also are paying a very high price per race. You signed one, got rid of him, and then signed a new one. Also, everytime you cancel a contract you also have a 100,000 penalty.

That would be around 15mil total spent on drivers so far.

Then, you signed new staff, and after two races you are just paying normal fees for them. It is possible that you are paying too much for them - per race.

And since you had your first post you said 22mil in staff wages. Then after your second race, 24mil. So chances are you are fine, but I would say you are still paying too much on Staff and need to pay less. You were just scared of the initial signing costs when starting this game.

Look at the Finances page and see the "Last Race" column and you will see what you pay for Staff Wages per race. Under the "This Season" column will just add up over time and that is perfectly fine.

I have played three races and i have 350k..this game hates me :D I have found out what I did. i basically kept on moving staff about and didn't realise so I ended up spending about 10mill on just that :/

Yeh, I agree, I think we all did it at some time.  Daniel, as you are so new you could just reset

If I reset will I loose all my upgrades?
