What did you try to do?
When I train my driver, Benjamin Wright on Physical, none of the stats go up. If I train Mental the progress bar leaps up rapidly and shows +1 attribute each time it hits 100%
What happened instead?
When I train Physical the process bar doesn't move

Can the bug be reproduced?
It has been consistent over a couple of days/ multiple log in events. Have trained from 100% twice on physical with no change at all.
Additional comments:
Have not yet tested if same issue is on PC.
And retrospectively, I realise I was mixing up which category is which. That happens when you don't play for three years, I guess. Very impressive, rapid response.
