Can someone answer definitively, once and for all, is first stint fuel amount taken into account for qualifying? I have heard so many reports of yes it does, no it doesn't... Does anyone know for sure?

Any answers are appreciated!

Hello Patrick,
At the moment, your 1st stint fuel has no impact on your qualifying pace. However, loading up with lots of fuel could result in a large loss of pace at the start of the race.

That's always what I thought but people keep saying it does and making me doubt myself.

You say "at the moment"... does that mean there are plans to maybe implement this? ?

Haha - good inference skills however I have no idea what the devs have planned for the future. 
I used "at the moment" so that in a few years, once a future manager reads this, they know it could be outdated - but as I say, I have as much as idea of new features/updates as any other player.
