You have since raised a ticket as advised by Connor but Support haven't got around to processing it yet. It's the weekend, people can't be expected to work 24/7.
You've sent two PMs to me and I've responded to both.

Please have some patience. Anyway, why do you feel it is so important to delete your account, you can create another with a different email address.

Because I have many igp accounts so I want to delete them, and now I'm using a different account, you can see on my profile photo and try to find my name for sure you will see that I have many accounts.

Sorry if I bother you and connor already gave me an explanation so I'll waiting for the next response.
