What did you try to do?
I'm trying to transfer my driver, J Walker, to another manager in the league, L. Hamilton. He's shortlisted him, I've sold him, now he's not available to buy anywhere?? Need help, don't want him to go to anyone else.

Hi, still not resolved. Sorry the original thread was a bit muddled, don't know what happened. As I was trying to say, I wanted to sell my driver, J Walker, to another manager in my league, L Hamilton. He had shortlisted him, I pressed sell now, but then, nothing. Please try and resolve this soon as I don't want anyone else to buy the driver. Thanks.

Hello,
Do you know the link for the driver? This way, we will be able to find where the driver is, and if he was bought by another manager.

I'm afraid I don't know the link but when I look at the previous season that the driver raced in, on his stats, he is only showing to have been in my team.

He is rated level 19 driver. Only 19 level manager now able to buy.

It seems the driver did leave your team. The manager who wanted to buy the driver, can do so with the original link.
Do you know if you got the cash for when the driver was sold?

I did get some cash, but not the £11million he was valued at. I will contact the other manager and get back to you. Thanks.

Hi, I contacted the other manager, when he goes to shortlisted drivers, the tab to buy is not lit, just faded, so he can't purchase. What's happening?? Any help would be appreciated.

Their manager level will be below the level of the drivers level, therefore cannot buy them

No, same manager level. Even when I try to buy him back, I'm not able.

Hello,
When I look at the driver linked above, it allows me to press the button, which is strange that it won't let you.
Try clearing cache to see if that fixes it. Also, if you haven't already try pressing the link above to get to the driver instead of going through the shortlist.
EDIT - The reason you can't buy the driver back is because you are level 14 and the driver is level 19. Please can you make sure that the manager you are seeing to is level 19+ as it would explain the grey button..

It is as Si Lon and CJ McCormack have already said, you trained the driver to Level 19. Teams are not permitted to hire drivers or staff that are a higher level than the team which means this driver can only be purchased by a L19 or L20 team.
As this is not a bug I will mark it as solved and move to the Help & Support section.
