during a discussion in the Italian forum about the advanced strategy, Bruno wrote that in the considered case the amount of water before the quali was 0.95 and so, the advanced strategy (Inter with more than 1mm) didn't affect the quali tyre.
But my observation is NOT about the advanced strategy but about the fact that the game uses 2 decimals (0.95mm) but a manager can see only 1 decimal(1.0mm).
And here my doubt (and not only mine)...
In a normal world if we have 0.95 and 1.03 the 1 decimal approximation is 1.0. In the first case no advanced strategy, in the second yes (at least it should..). But how a manager can understand it?
I'm asking it since there were many threads in the past about the advanced strategy and when it starts working with respect to what we see.
P.S. Don't write now "put Inter with more than 0 in the advanced strategy". I KNOW but it doesn't justify the case I'm writing about (IF true)
