Academy question

Hi,

At the moment i don't have a academy yet....but,
Does a academy also looking for staff people, or only drivers?

And if only drivers, where are staff people come from, or can drivers be staff when older?

The academy is for drivers only. I think staff members are generated by the devs

I’d love to be a staff generator, i don’t know why but i’d feel like god changing all his/her stats and making him/her stupidly expensive ???

Before getting first dibs on them ??
