Set up issues

What did you try to do?
Did my set up for Turkey. 4mm rain. One driver on a 2 stop 19 19 20 full wet. Second driver on a 2 stop 20 19 19 strategy.

What happened instead?
Logged on to race start and one driver was as planned. Second driver was starting on inters but curiously on strategy settings was due for full wets on stints 2 and 3. Clearly something has gone wrong and it's the latest in a succession of issues I've had that are pushing me to quit this app but the fact I've spent real money on it is quite frankly unacceptable

Can the bug be reproduced?
I imagine it can. It's infuriating when you are time limited to strategy only to see it screw you over and you can't do anything about it.

Additional comments:

Advanced strategy was probably active for driver 2. The fact that the game showed W for stints 2 and 3 doesn't matter.

Definitely not. I finished my setups 3 minutes before deadline. Didn't have any presets in place as it was 4mm of rain. Both drivers had the exact same setup except one was doing a 20 lap on the first stint and the other was doing a 20 on the third stint. It's not the first time I've experienced problems with glitches which is doubly infuriating when I've spent real money on the game and I'm getting done by players who only bother turning up to half the races.

Even players who spend money may be wrong, you know?

Sorry to hear about this gaming experience..
I have checked the Turkey race, what appears is that the advanced strategy has been deactivated only for this driver https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=8383178, on the contrary for your second driver https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=9032977, for him the advanced strategy results active.
