Hello, I recently acquired a new driver with higher experience but the rest of her stats are lower then the driver I was going to put here in the place of. How does the experience work and does it make a difference.

In my experience in terms of general performance driver experience is rather negligible. Its effect is more driver errors, but those are currently disabled in Qualifying and thus remains the dreaded chain reaction of position losses in lap one. Experience may lower the chance of it to happen but is not preventing it and afterwards in the race it doesn't matter much at all. Thus driver experience rates on the low end of the driver skills, nice to have but not at the expense of driving skills (talent is undisputed king of skills and stamina the eternal number two anyway).
