Push level

Does push level make a difference in qualifying?

Official statement: no.
But there are indications, that there might be an unintentional relation. See Car 2 is always quicker in qualifying, part 2
So, I am setting always PL5. Not because I think it is faster, but my drivers then set same times in qualifying.

But what difference does it make if both drivers are the same, say if car 2 is faster and I use PL5 for both which makes them the same speed does that mean they both get faster or slower, like do their times go by car 2s pace or the slower car 1s pace?
