Returning player problem

Hi guys,

I used to play this game a lot back in the day and was well on top of my money and tokens.

I come back because I wanted to check out your new 3D update after not playing for over a year and noticed I now have a 104 million dollar debt for some reason?

Could you please reset my debt as I would like to play your game again, but that amount of idle debt seems crippling.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this, Resetting finances due to debt, or a negative cash balance, is not possible. If the negative balance is too low, the only option available is to create a new account. or wait for one of our specific offers to balance your negative balance.
I'm sorry I can't be helpful in this.

All good fellas, thanks for the top level of customer service - no chance any other app would communicate with their players as you have done for me here. So I really appreciate it, thanks mate.

But it seems the idle 100 million dollar debt is crippling my game to the point I’m unable to do anything in game - I can’t even sign up anyone.

I really don’t want to reset many months/year of work I’ve put into the game and start fresh.

I don’t mean to sound like a tool, but to offer some feedback from a returning player - this idle debt has made the game unplayable for me, while I understand your decision, it has ultimately made me not return to the game as I don’t want to start again.
