Acc, Handling, Downforce All Maxed Out

What did you try to do?
Turned on game and noticed that Acceleration, Handling & Downforce have all appeared to have been maxed out by other drivers when we haven't even got halfway through the season. How can these three areas suddenly jump up by about 50 percent?

By three different managers on the same day?

It does indeed happen, many managers use this as a strategy and kind of just wait for the right moment 

You posted this 3 days ago so if my counting is correct it should be after 7 days/races. If it is the same manager that had maxed all those three then something weird is indeed going on. But if it was 3 different managers, then it is nothing special. You will have gained 140 Development Points in 7 days. Plus your starting points plus some research. Do you have a screen shot from 3 days ago?
