Longest Staying Staff in iGP

I had my doctor for almost a year in real life already! To celebrate the occasion, I have started this thread to discuss about the longest time you kept staff members. What is yours and who do you think is the longest-lasting? Tell me below! 

Why would you keep paying a doctor high wages when your driving staff are maxed out?

To get the longest career in a single team record, the doctor has not raced for other teams

How come there’s only 2 teams in your league? And both of them are your accounts

newish league, filling up with pro's and rookies

That's elite, rookie is almost full 

It might be a driver, but still had him for a long time

That counts too?

My doctor is in my team now two years and some days. She was part of my team over the 500 races :D

Good news: there is not a third elite team in my league
