You have one race remaining in the season, you're in second place, 252 points clear of third (who incidentally, like you is also a L20 manager), you are guaranteed promotion back to Elite and only 44 points behind the team who will be Pro champions. Of the 19 races so far this season you have won five of them and finished on the podium in just about all of them.
The manager who will win the Pro championship was also relegated from Elite a couple of seasons ago, He is only L17 against your L20 so is carrying less ballast. He is clearly a competent manager with a similar win to race ratio as you, So why do you find it surprising that after 19 races he is just a handful of points ahead of you?
