What did you try to do?
We raced in Europe, not spectating.

What happened instead?
I found that the strategy was locked but not on the "wrench" icon, even though I wasn't pitting.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
SM-T580

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
8.1.0

Can the bug be reproduced?
I think "no" outside of Europe, but it might be unique anywhere and is very rare. This might even be unreproducible.

Additional comments:
When I left and re-joined, the strategy was not locked. Strange... League name: Around the World in 20 Days

It isn't bug, It's normal, same for everyone
