Does the health of a driver automatically go up between seasons, or does it remain the same at the first race of a new season as it was after the last race of the previous season?

I was always under the assumption that health dropped after every race

He asked if health reload to 100% at the beginning of a new season, and I answered no, it doesn't.
Obviously health drops after every race.
