Simulator did not level up

¿Qué has intentado hacer?
I tried yo upgrade my Simulator building from lvl1 to lvl2.

¿Qué es lo que ocurrió?
After the 2 days of waiting, the upgrade seems to be finished, i receive the mail message saying so but when i check the building is still lvl1.

I am not sure... I don't really want to lose 2 extra days upgrading the Simulator to test it unless you tell me to.

This is not a bug,
New players in iGP Manager have three of the six facilities in the headquarters locked. The name for these facilities are simulator, technology, and youth academy. They unlock as manager level increases. Once available for building, upon completion, they are then at level one. Essentially, before construction, the buildings are level zero, meaning they do not yet exist in your headquarters yet, but are available for building.

Hmm ok, i understand. I thought it was only the Technology and Youth academy the buildings that were locked until a higher manager's level, which is what the interface says (lvl 5 and 7 respectively).

So, if i understood well, i have to start building the Simulator a second time to get it to higher level, right? If so, my doubt is resolved.
