My friend is in the same league as me, but is in elite, there is not enough people in elite for him to get demoted and he wishes to get demoted to join pro league so he can actually have some fun as the jump from pro to elite is quite big? 
Can anyone help with some advice ? On how to get demoted ??? Otherwise he'll be stuck in elite for another season...

Find a league that has only one race left to run that has relegation enabled. Run with no set up and then after the race re-join your league in the Pro Tier

Despite the fact that this post will be misinterpreted by a few people who appear to delight in stirring up trouble...

This league... Premier International Racing has three races remaining, the final race of the season is 21:00 BST this coming Thursday. There are 14 teams in Elite so relegation is currently active.

If your friend joins tomorrow (to make sure he's not caught out by the 24 hour rule) he is pretty much guaranteed to be relegated after the Thursday race ends. At which point he can leave and re-join your league in the Pro tier.
