I read in forums that you "must" train physical first. But why? What happens if you don't do that? What of you train "all"?
Curious the advantages or are there some negatives?

To get stamina up (more health after a race, so more training to be done plus race pace doesn’t diminish) and to get driver weight down. When your driver reaches all 20’s, you can’t get weight down any longer if I’m not mistaken

As I understand it the fully trained driver weight loss bug was sorted out a long time ago and no longer applies.
But everything else Antonio says is correct, stamina is an important attribute and whilst weight doesn't seem to count for much you may as well get this down to minimum early on in a drivers career.
If you select to train "all" then the increase in attribute level is spread equally across all attributes (even the less important ones). This causes the driver level to increase more quickly which will cause the training speed to dramatically reduce thus taking much longer to get the most important attributes maxed out.
