It said that my league has got deleted due to inactivity when I was active 5 minutes ago, but somehow my league never got deleted, can someone please explain this.

Hello,

Have you hosted a league recently? 
Leagues are automatically deleted after 14 days (iirc) of inactivity, so if you left that league and joined another, it would still have existed for 14 days after you left. 
After 14 days of inactivity, the league would have been deleted, prompting the mail.
