Driver Academy: How it works?

Today I tried to create my first academy driver. By mistake I clicked twice "select a driver" (I hope the translation is the right one in english UI) and there is no confirmation message so I lost a token... (please fix it in next version iGP devs).

My question is how can I see the young driver's stats? I can only see the talent. How can I choose if I should hire him/her?
What will happen if I upgrade my academy? I will obtain higher talented drivers with random skills or more skilled drivers with random talent?

I hope the future update won't make useless this thread next month.

Hello. You're only supposed to see a drivers talent (and physical stats) in your Academy. All drivers from academy have very low technical and mental skills, low stamina and overweight (considering game standards... ?‍♀️). You have to train all those thingd once you promoted a driver from your academy (talent is untrainable, keep it in mind)
I think you already know the higher the talent, the faster the driver. So you need to only consider that when hiring or not. And also, taller drivers are slightly better in qualifying.
When you upgrade your Academy, you have bigger chances to get higher talent drivers, all of them will have low skills you'll need to train. The higher the level of your academy is, the higher the chances to scout a talent 20 will be. 

So the academy level affects the talent. I have not found enough informations about buildings on the forum. As I expected, training is the key to have winning drivers.
