My driver

Is there a reason why my driver always finishes last? 100% car and she is pretty much 95% health. Strategy is the same as the other cars but always last. Shes like 1second off the pace after lap4

Your driver maybe has a lot of experience, speed & health, but your driver may have a lower Talent rating than the rest of the drivers in the league.

She's a little on the chubby side at 62kg, I'm guessing she needs more training in physical to get the weight down a bit and improve her stamina.

I have to agree with the talent idea. It is a 50% league so stamina isn't as critical, he has a 2D account so hot tires probably are not the problem and driver weight would not cause a team to be lapped in a 50% length race. At level 10 he should be running a talent 20 driver, his opponents probably are. Of course his statement that by lap 4 he is one second down on the leaders does suggest hot tires. Also the race data from Malaysia suggests hot tires but China not, which makes sense if he is not attending and using Consistency is Key.

I am on a race with a driver but he isn't to good if I contract other driver I can replace the old driver for the new driver and keep my team at the same league and standing?
