I think this is important because I am at a loss of million every race if I don't get the sponsor goals. So we need this for a steady income and a chance to move forward
That won't work. Extra money will have to be offset by extra costs, like a the pit crew currently coming up in suggestions again. Also things to consider are if it's worth solving troubles like the one Kevin mentioned (that requires a double set of goals depending on league) and also considering the balance between 1 and 2 cars. For the latter it should work out though as it could be balanced to offset the extra costs of the 2nd car, currently 1 car has an advantage in how easy it is to manage funds.
