Would be great if pictures could be included in league chat. This would make it much easier to display our own additional rankings.

Hello Ayrton,

This was disabled years ago because it was becoming a high-risk safety issue. Imagine the amount of images to moderate with potential nudity, extreme violence, propaganda, spam, malicious programs, etc.
