Staff maximum performance

The number of staff is solely limited by your office size? Once you have 200 staff offices via the facilities pages you hire them via the staff page?

I think you should have a close look at your staff page to see where you have assigned all of them. You can assign them only once so either they are in use at other places or you have some you didn't assign yet.

If memory serves me, you were mentioning you could not use only 78 (or in that range) out of 111 staff.

The amount of staff you can assign doesn't relate to the maximum performance percentage in the design page. When the percentage is lower than 100, it will take more designers to complete parts but that is about it. I think you can only get a low percentage with a Chief Designer which doesn't have 20 experience.

Everyday racing league you can get away with 60 available designers allowing you to put staff else where

Max performance 100% is your chief designer even a level one designer with 20 experience has 100% keep that in mind if you get short of cash ;)
BTW, I started this season with 8% car and look at the car design level so there might be a flaw in the trying to stop people from being dominate lol

What's your designers skill then mine are 17 and can't perfrom that well. Lol
