Purchased failed error code 7,  but shows on Apple purchase history as pending and shows on credit card history

If Apple marked the purchase as Pending the error is in their platform. I suggest you to reach them. Once you've the receipt you can send that to support via ticket and we'll be happy to help you. Unfortunately for the moment there's nothing we can do.

All resolved now.  Took over an hour for it to process ?
