The affects of each of the driver special abilities is something managers will have to work out throughout their future races.
The same goes for the rarity of driver skills - you will have to work out the impacts for yourself by gaining experience using them.
Are you serious? Explore what affects qualifications, wet weather, street tracks? This is ridiculous, given that pilots drive differently every time for no reason at all...

It essentially impacts their ability to race wheel-to-wheel with other drivers. I think Connor probably misunderstood the question and thought you were asking for precise details on what traits are impacted how etc.
