what on earth! i just had a race and it just seems to be wet. on the race its dry! what on earth is wrong! and also should i keep my stratagy as it is or should i change it a few mintes before the race

ok apparently it was wet! so why did my drivers not change from inters to wets later on! sort it out please ive just blown my championship now!
