Dear IGP Manager Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of several members of our league who have encountered significant issues during the recent Bahrain and Malaysia races due to server problems. While we understand that the issues have been addressed to some extent, the impact on our league has been substantial, resulting in losses in various aspects of the game.
During the Bahrain race and the Malaysia race, which were happening simultaneously, many of our league members experienced server disruptions, which not only affected the race outcomes but also led to significant financial losses and disruptions in team management. Specifically, the following issues were observed:
Contract Losses: Several managers lost contracts with drivers and staff due to the server problems, which has had a detrimental effect on their team performance and progression.
Engine Points: Due to the lack of management options during the race, engine points were lost, impacting team standings and overall competitiveness.
While we appreciate the efforts to fix the server issues, the consequences for our league members have been severe. We have invested time and resources into building our teams and participating in the league, and these setbacks have been disheartening.
And this is not the first time of us facing the same problem
Therefore, we kindly request that you consider restarting the season to ensure fairness and integrity within the league. This would allow all members to compete on equal footing without the burden of the previous server problems affecting their performance and progress.
We understand that restarting the season is a significant decision, but we believe it is necessary to maintain the enjoyment and competitiveness of the game for all participants. We hope for your understanding and prompt action on this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this request, and we look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Naman Chaudhary
