Hello,

Since the update a couple of days ago I do not receive any adds for free 5% driver health, parts, xp or money anymore.
Have they disappeared or did I mess something up with the privacy settings to not receive them any more? If so, how can I change these settings?
I'm playing on the mobile android app if that matters.

I also have the same problem on Android 13, I think it's the update's fault, in the next few days everything should be back to normal, it just takes time and patience

Heal up drivers using video adverts

Banner just doesn't show to watch a video to heal 5% on the drivers. Triple-checked all adblock/tracking settings

This should be on the bugs section, since it's not a request for guidance, but a bug report. They barely read this subforum. It's more a community support/guidance among ourselves.

I have the same problem and personally it's been the case for the past two weeks. Although there are instances of ads showing up every few days or so, after watching it no ad will appear again for like the next two or three days (and the ads always appear at noon).

Hope this gets fixed soon, cus it's been hurting my engine development as an f2p honestly. Losing 5 engine points per day is a big loss.

For me, they have not disappeared per say, but are much slower to load. Sometimes I'll get 2 or 3 ads in a row but then will not see another for multiple hours. And this can happen at any time of the day or night without any noticeable patterns.

I don't even care so much about stocking up on the in game resources, but I want to make sure I can keep supporting the game financially.

EDIT: I don't know if anything was changed/fixed since my initial reply, but suddenly I'm getting ads at the same rate again.

EDIT 2: The issue returned again today.

Possibly an issue with ads in general since the latest updates perhaps?

Don’t know about android, iOS I know that uninstalling and reinstalling the app resets your “add profile”. Restart the game and give it some time. This always works for me when I don’t get adds

Hi all. I've combined a number of threads on this topic.

For the iPhone users, try clearing your cache. And if that fails. I'm pretty sure i've seen uninstalling and reinstalling the app suggested as a potential solution for this in the past.

For the android users, can you confirm if you are on the latest update or not while experiencing this issue. knowing if you are on the latest update or not will help admins in determining if its a bug with the new update or if it's tied to your "add profile" as slo bro refers to it.

There's no harm in you trying to clear your cache and uninstall reinstall either to see if this helps as far as I know.

Hi I'm an android user, yes I am on the latest update as I have checked on play store. Also for additional info (not sure if it would help) my other android friends on the latest update also have this similar problem and I think it started becoming a problem after the scheduled maintainance last week.

Thanks, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's working again on iPhone!

Uninstall and reinstall has worked for me on Android also.
I did also "consent" to all cookies as well

Tried out the uninstall and reinstall technique and the ad has appeared. Weirdly enough, after watching the ad, no ad appears again. I then tried reinstalling again and the same thing happened (It feels like I'm only limited to 1 ad per install on iGP, although that's probably not the case).

Today the ads have been working correctly, but I'm seeing a problem where I am receiving the same ad for the same company each time I click to watch. This is probably not the intended behavior.
