Join the live race,and seeing that it is raining now

on top right the game still says it is raining,but no visible rain

I am playing on laptop,is an ASUS TUF(not sure which model it is),and I am playing on 3D mode
I can see the track is wet and the spray behind the cars,but no rain drops

Yes in Singapore the rain is not visible even on phone for me

Sorry for the slow response. I've been checking every now and again for a race to spectate where it's raining and try replicate. I've seen reports of people not being able to see rain in 2D before and I vaguely recall non visible rain being reported for Singapore in the past but can't find it to refer to.
I'll find one eventually
Update: Replicated and confirmed. I've reported it through. I replicated it while there was heavy rain, if you happen to notice if it is visible under light rain, please flag that here for me. Might be useful information.

From what i've seen only the heavy rain is not visible,light rain is visible
