iGP launcher 5700 (573) 3D Keyboard

Hey there,
I'm having an issue using the iGP app (5000 (573)). When I'm in a 3D race, I can't use the keyboard to change the Push Levels or press "S" to activate Boost. I’ve already cleared the cache, but it didn’t help.
Any idea what might be causing this?
Really appreciate your time and expertise in helping me figure this out.

New info: when I use the path HOME > LEAGUE > LIVE, I can only access the 2D. When I go through RACE, then I can access the 3D. And after several attempts, I managed to use the keyboard to change the push level and the 's' key for the boost. But it took 7 laps to manage all of this! I don't know if this info will help, but... 🤖

Io da quando ce stato l'aggiornamento non riesco a guardare piu le gare 3d sul mio pc, spero che aggiustano questa cosa perche le gare 2d non e che mi piacciono tanto, ma questo problema ce l'avete anche voi??

After another race, it was clear that the problem is intermittent. I was able to use the 3D along the way League > .... however, I was not able to use the keyboard. I left to try again and this time I went by way of RACE > ... managing to use the 3D and the keyboard. 🤖
