Pit crew

Could the pit crew also have an age and retire, or will they be 'ad eternum'? There could also be a market for them along with CD, TD, and DR. We could hire them through the offices, choosing by numbers: 2 for middle, 3 for right rear and left front, and 4 for the others. And we could train them as well. Money and tokens included.

Pit crew have been quite a poor addition to the game. There is no strategy involved with them.
