If that doesn't work then; not sure about on Mobile, but on PC browser if you right click my profile pic and open in new tab it will take you to my profile. Underneath 'Overview' is an engine icon, click on that and you will see Engine and Supply tabs, click on Supply tab and there should be an option to send a request. 

Should see something "send 'x' amount immediately on approval" and a check mark underneath it.
