What did you try to do?
The season ended and no Championships were awarded.

What happened instead?
The season ended and it did not awarded any championships. It also deleted the league history.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the version number of the operating system?

Hi Bob, a couple of questions:

1) Championships not awarded - do you mean there is no item in the news feed about the championship win? Or do you mean the stats didn't increase on the driver profile and your profile? Or both?
2) League history - are you referring to a specific area like the standings page? which history is missing? If you provide a link to the league and clarity on this I will investigate.

I have some assumptions I could use to fill in the gaps, and I know why this is happening essentially, but I might assume something that isn't exactly what you meant. I want to be sure we're talking about the same things.

Hi Jack.

1. No item in news feed.
No stat increase on my profile.
Driver/pilot stat was increased.

2. When viewing full standings there is an option to see previous seasons standings. The option to view the previous 23 seasons is there but they contain no information.

3. I dont think the league reset at the start of the new season. The teams cars still have the development points from the previous season.

Same thing has sort-of happened with my league with a couple of differences.
In theory the season shouldn't be over as it's only run 17 of the scheduled races and the last 3 aren't listed with a message saying season has finished.
Similarly no announcements on winners etc and no new season listed.
Could this be something to do with the races being cancelled for the holidays rather than postponed?

Hi Peter, that looks like the case. There is a league setting for skipping races during holiday, and it appears to have done just that instead of postponing.

The rest of the season seems to have been reinstated with the Germany race scheduled for tomorrow but other issues have now appeared.
The schedule has somehow been changed from Monday to Friday to running 7 days a week.
The only schedule change currently available to action is to untick the option for holiday race postponement, can't change anything else - even tried unticking the box to see if made a difference, it didn't.
Can't even postpone races other than by ticking the box - isn't Boxing Day classed as a holiday by the system?

Our league is having very similar problems. The 20 race calendar was cut short at 17, and as far as I can tell, no championships were awarded, and the car research points were not reset. Additionally, we now have a 6 race calendar that has also reset to being 7 days a week. Not sure what to make of this.

Also, really looking forward to a 5 race long season. Seriously?!

The mini season can only happen once as a league moves from custom to the shared season schedule, to bring it into alignment. The shortest possible season is 4 races iirc, and if it's 3 or less it gaps to the next season. Every season after this one will be 15 races or so.

Mine cannot be marked as resolved as I had no recognised season win, no news feed post, the person who won the short 5 race filler season has had both?? I gather also driver attributes not as they should be, my championship wins haven't increased?
