This is part 2 of a bug reported a few days ago (Serious problem in the pits, impossible to play offline). I'm opening a new thread because we were told that the bug would be fixed immediately bug it’s still there, and it's been over a week, and offline play is still impossible due to it. The problem affects practically all tracks.

When you pit before the finish line, everything works correctly. When you pit after the finish line, the game calculates it incorrectly and schedules the next pit stop one lap later than expected.
